PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

At the same time, the customer agrees to be sent by Provider information about the upcoming events and the offer of his business partners as well.
We would like to use your information to inform you about our services and to find out what you think about it. Participation in such events is, of course, voluntary. If you disagree with it, you can notify us at any time, and we will fix it. - Processing of personal data for individual purposes:
- Purchase of goods via e-shop, delivery of products, handling complaints
Themesis s.r.o. processes (i) for the purposes of the purchase of goods via the e-shop and the delivery of the products the following personal data of the customer: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, purchased goods data and payment related data (account number, paid amount, date of crediting the payment to the account of Themesis s.r.o), (ii) for the purpose of claiming complaints, in addition to the data referred to in (i), also information on the claimed goods and the information provided by the customer when requesting the claim.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is (i) in the case of the purchase of goods through the e-shop, delivery of the products to the customer, Article 6, part 1, section b) the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter as the “GDPR Regulation”) and (ii) when dealing with claims Art. 6 part 1, section c) GDPR regulations.
Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is (i) in the case of the purchase of goods through the e-shop, the delivery of products to the customer necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of the products; and (ii) in the case of complaints handling the legal obligations of Themesis s.r.o.

Personal data are processed during the period of performance of the purchase contract and the warranty period for the delivered goods.

For registration and operating the e-shop, Themesis s.r.o. uses the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address and order history.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary to ensure registration in e-shop and e-shop operation.
The recipients of personal data are as follows:

Personal data is processed during the registration period in the e-shop.
- Providing telephone and email support to customers.
Providing telephone and email support to customers
To provide telephone and e-mail support, Themesis s.r.o. process the following personal information of customers: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address, order history, and if required telephone call support, also recorded calls from the call center.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations and regarding the recording of a telephone call Article 6, section 1, part a) GDPR regulations. The processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is essential to provide support, and in case of audio recording, consent and thus the processing of personal data by audio recording is voluntary.
The recipients of personal data are as follows:
• In case of telephone support needed, Themesis s.r.o.
• In case of email support needed, Themesis s.r.o
Personal data are processed during the warranty period of the purchased goods.
- Solving customer complaints
To deal with customer complaints, Themesis s.r.o. processes the following personal data: name, surname, data in the claim, and depending on how the customer has submitted the claim with his address, phone number, or e-mail address.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary to resolve the customer’s complaint.
Personal data is processed for as long as the customer’s complaint is resolved.
- Facebook contests
Themesis s.r.o. to provide competitions through Facebook, processes the following personal data: data stated in the profile of the contestant and, in the case of the winner, also his / her name, surname, telephone number, address and photo with the prize.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary for the competition by its terms.
- Support via Facebook
If the person concerned decides to apply for Facebook support, Themesis s.r.o. will process the personal data entered in the Facebook profile of this person and the data provided by the person himself/herself during the communication.
The purpose of processing this personal data is to provide support based on the customer’s request, and the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations. Provision of personal data and its handling by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary to provide support to the customer based on the request.
Personal data is processed for the time required to provide customer support.
- Marketing material distribution
To distribute marketing and educational materials, Themesis s.r.o. processes the following personal data: Name, Surname, Email Address, Number, Questionnaire Answers, and Cookies.
These data could only be obtained in a legal form after agreeing to process the above data for marketing activities.
- Application of the claims of Themesis s.r.o.
Themesis s.r.o. processes for the reasons to claims of Themesis s.r.o. the data included in the contracts with the customers and suppliers, the data contained in the complaints, the data necessary to start the lawsuit by Themesis s.r.o, the data stated in the lawsuit against Themesis s.r.o, the data kept in the accounting and other data necessary for the possible application of the claims, or by defending the interests of Themesis s.r.o.
The purpose of processing these personal data is the legitimate interest of the Provider and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6, section 1, part b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary for the legitimate interests of Themesis s.r.o. The legitimate interest of Themesis s.r.o. is the protection of its assets as well as the protection against unfair claims against Themesis s.r.o.
The following persons are the recipients of the personal data:
• Courts, public authorities, lawyers, tax advisors, and other professional advisers as providers.
Personal data are processed during the trial litigation and during the limitation period during which they may be against Themesis s.r.o. claimed particular claims or during which the company may claim its claims.
- The legal obligations of Themesis s.r.o.
Themesis s.r.o. processes the personal data listed in (a) to (g) to fulfill the legal obligations of Themesis s.r.o. as stated.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, section 1, part c) GDPR regulations (e.g., Accounting Act, Value Added Tax Act, Income Tax Act, Consumer Protection Act, Act on Archives and Registrars). Processing of personal data by Themesis s.r.o. is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations by Themesis s.r.o.
The recipients of the personal data are the following persons:
• tax advisors, auditors, courts and public authorities as Providers.
Personal data is processed for the time required by applicable law.
- Rights of the person concerned
The person concerned has the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic if he or she considers that it is directly concerned with his or her rights established by the GDPR Regulation or the relevant legislation.
The person concerned has the right towards the Provider to (i) request access to personal data, (ii) to correct personal data, (iii) to delete personal data, (iv) to limit the processing of personal data, (v) the right of transport of personal data (vi) the right to object to the processing of personal data. These rights can be claimed by contacting Themesis s.r.o. in following ways:
a) by sending a letter in writing to the address of the company’s registered office,
b) send an email electronically to the above email address or
c) by phone at the number mentioned above.
The relevant legislation is, in particular, the GDPR Regulation, the applicable Law on the protection of personal data in its effect and other applicable generally binding legal regulations.
